nail, I leave for Weatherford tomorrow AM. The kids might put their Waco house on the market for $1.3 million. 4 kids are gone and 6000 sq. ft. is more than needed. The house is 22 miles from the steakhouse. Much further to the Lake Whitney ranch. They might build a more modest house closer to the steakhouse.

Lots of move outs lately but units rent quickly. I'll be back bye and bye.
