nail, contractors started work yesterday on grandkids' 4000 sq. ft. house in exclusive Stone Creek Ranch. Built in 1999. House has sat empty for 4 years. Kids stole it for $89 per foot. Major, major fix up should run it up to $150 a foot. 2 streets over just saw a house go on the market for $170 a foot. Sold sign went up after 4 days.

Some walls will be moved. All outside wall drywall will be removed and foamed before new drywall goes up. Vinyl windows replace single pane aluminum. Manual J test and new AC. Water heater goes and replaced with propane instant hot.

Child Called Pony sleeps in daughter's game room. Daughter set Child Called Pony up a teepee in the game room. Cracked me up.

That’s awesome!

Women called Wesley and grandson did well.
Ambidextrous and ambipedal granddaughter graduates OU next month after 4 years. RNC grandson graduated TCU after 4 years. Daughter was thrilled. Stone Creek Ranch grandson took 5 years to graduate OU. Daughter just had to keep writing checks to OU.

The Choctaw Nation paid Wesley's first 4 years at OU. She had to get student loans for year 5. Kids paid her student loan off long ago. The Nation paid for Wesley's older sister's Master at OCU. I don't know how all that stuff works.

Younger daughter graduated Texas Tech. We got lucky. She spent 2 years at McClennan Community College, so we got off cheap. Older daughter just did 2 years at MCC and started a career at the U. S. Postal Service. Son-in-law made such good business decisions, older daughter only spent 6 years at the post office and resigned.

Son-in-law graduated Baylor with a degree in business. He then got scholarship offers from Ohio State and Penn State after being denied Baylor Law School. He is 1/2 Mexicano. Never would happen had he been all white.
