Yes, Scott Frost would be a splash hire, but I am not as sold on his two year body of work. History shows us that success, especially a small sample size of success, doesn't necessarily transfer over to Power 5 success.
My own top three:
1) Dan Mullen (the most proven commodity remaining on the market - ties to the SEC and Florida are a plus)
2) Bryan Harsin (yes he is a non Power 5 coach, but he has been able to sustain success at Boise State for four straight years now)
3) Willie Taggart (he has been a program builder, but he leaves before he gets to pad his record with actual big season results)
