I think they were sent out late. They just have to turn them in by hand, I guess.
Well, that is their own fault. The ballots were mailed out with plenty of time to fill out and MAIL back in or drop off at a voting center. You shouldn't get EXTRA time because your too lazy.

I thought clueless Joe was kept out of the steal by TPTB in the democrat machine. But after last night I think he was directly involved as the machine did NOT show up for Kamala. Partly because pubs took action to stop shenanigans but the effort was mild. So I think he didn't help steal this due to the coup.
