This is the ItG message board, not a jury made up of people that the measly $10/day per diem constitutes a raise. Therefore, your argument is feeble and fails miserably.
Meh...it wasn't meant to be an argument. Trying to be light...

A plea will end his playing days at FSU imo. It is a no trial or innocent if he wants to be reinstated.
Agree with both Nole fans right above this post
I got news for you. It would only look bad if Meggs was handling the trial.Meggs not even handling trial, one of his ASA is. Should tell you how little confidence he has in the case. No way he would miss the victory podium opportunity.
I think he'll be found not guilty and Jimbo will most likely give him a 1 game suspension for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Dalvin may not be the guilty party but there is no doubt SOMEONE punched a woman. If there's not enough evidence to convict him and no one else fesses up, he'll just take a 1 game suspension for the team.
I think they will suspend Cook for 1 baseball game. That is what Jimbo has done in the past.
I predict that no matter what happens the noles defend Cook and claim anti-f$u bias....
Oh Dear. Another case of false equivalence.I assume the focus will now shift to the Baylor football player who was just convicted of assaulting a female soccer player...the same football player who was kicked out of Boise State because he beat up his girlfriend.
Wait...you didn't hear about it?
Shocking!
There are pages and pages of links on Google about the Baylor incident. I stopped at page 8, satisfied that ESPN and other news outlets were interested and have been interested for quite some time.I assume the focus will now shift to the Baylor football player who was just convicted of assaulting a female soccer player...the same football player who was kicked out of Boise State because he beat up his girlfriend.

So maybe Tom from Corsicana will be interested after all given the situation at Baylor. Funny thing is I live 1.5 hours from Waco and heard nothing of this deal.
Of course you haven't. You're on here all the time.I'm in San Antonio, and today was the first I heard of it. Saw a link on my FB feed from a Baylor alum.

Ouch. That is going to leave a mark.Of course you haven't. You're on here all the time.
You mean, how many non-FSU fans were on the jury?
Lol, is this a frigging joke?
Igloo & I already paid that jury off.
Really?? I tried to buy a few of the jurors and was told they report to Jimbo and only Jimbo and that my money was no good with them.
You noles today...you are determined to shift 9399's Dalvin Cook trial thread to the Baylor incident. On a serious note, I thought Jimbo was the "Evil One"...you know win at all costs.
Looks like ole Arty Briles may have taken the title. Briles says Chris Peterson never told him why Sam Ukwuachu was leaving Boise, just that he was depressed and wanted to go home.
Peterson just released a statement saying he told Briles everything...

You can't make this stuff up:
Six jurors and an alternate have been selected to hear the case against suspended FSU football player Dalvin Cook.
Among the jurors selected: an FSU employee, a construction manager and both a current and retired state worker.
