UF successfully wins 3rd straight national championship without cheating like FSU did twice, then having back to back titles vacated.
How does he do it? His team is dinged up, short handed and young and he still managed to pull it out. Amazing! I think he could go to the playground and assemble a competitive team.
Holloway is a witch. Guy just knows how to put his team together and squeeze out points. We got an unlikely point in the triple and 5 huge points in the discus. Then we had 2 of our 4x4 guys hurting after the 200 final, needing at least a 3rd place finish, Holloway was able to piece together 4 guys, including a true freshman, and gutted out the 3rd place for the team title. Best coach at UF.
Women Finish as National Runners-Up. They were in first place until the last event. Arkansas won the 4 x 440 relay. Florida didn't qualify for the finals and so the points Arkansas got for winning gave them the title. Dang.

Softball, Lacrosse, Gymnastics, track & field and now baseball are going to assure that UF once again finishes in the Top 10 for the Learfield Director's Cup. They've never finished out of the Top 10 in the 30+ years they've been calculating overall athletics departments. We'll probably finish 4th or 5th this year.
And the streak of at least one Natty per year for __________ years (fill in the blank) continues.
Still think Strickland needs to get the boot. But that is impressive.
