I'm not a BLM guy but yes, black people literally had riots over the Judicial system and was called crazy by Republicans. Now, they believe it? And want to use black people as pawns? This is hilarious and sad.

Every police officer, sheriff's deputy, state investigator or marshall can make a decision to charge someone. Everyone who is "Post Certified" can make an arrest....hence charge someone. Your ignorance is astounding.

Proper English isn't required for my job. Impartial decisions is required for your job. You haven't shown that you can separate your politics from the law, so yes that is concerning. Just glad that I'm not in your vicinity.

What will be interesting, and the thing that matters more than the ability to charge and indict, is will he be able to successfully prosecute him. We will see...I honestly don't know.
Subpoena for court? It's possible that I could be arrested for ignoring such a Subpoena. It's more likely that I'd get my a$$ chewed out and they would reissue and reschedule.
If in a case where the Subpoena was for documents, but the ownership of the documents was in dispute and I was POTUS and I alone got to determine if those documents were mine or not then no, I wouldn't expect to be arrested.
x1 million if in the lead up to an election where I was the leading candidate for the opposition.
I didnโt state an opinion about him. I was asking you to be specific about your concerns that he was misapplying the law based on his politics, which you refused to do.
The subpoena doesnโt change the law, and neither does your caps lock button.
When Hillaryโs emails were subpoenaed - regarding classified information on an unsecured server - and she smashed blackberries and hired a company to use BleachBit on a server, Iโm sure she got hit with 310 years too, right?
