Correct....I know some of the people in the 7th SF that do exactly this. Some of these guys about 5 years ago(I KNOW about this mission, none others) that posed as American tourists and walked down parts of Mexico that were dangerous (when drug cartels were killing Americans fo their passports) and when they got jumped..they ended the cartel guys.
The craziest part of the article is the $6k fine just for posting demographic stats on rape in the UK.
