That's been proven?

There goes the trumpanzee hearing things that were never said...
I'm confused. You want proof that the criminal broke the law, but need no proof to believe that the cops broke the law?

How does that work?

Do you agree that firing a gun at police is against the law? Can you at least admit that?

You absolutely don't know what is known about Walker's actions justifying the excessive use of force either right?

Correct. All we know is what we've been told and we don't know if any of that is true.

People should stop saying categorically that it was justified and people should stop claiming that the police shot him unjustifiably.

So far the media is playing towards which side in your opinion?

So not knowing justifies shooting first and finding out later?
Yes.

That why LEO's carry guns, for their protection.

I heard a gunshot, you hop out of the car and run, wearing a ski mask?

It's not like one officer shot a guy with no ski mask on with his hands up.

I'm probably as dark as you, look like a gangbanger, drive like an idiot, and tend to mouth of to cops.

Never been shot at by cops.

How about they would lie about that to coverup an unjustified shooting & murder?

They got the family attorney to lie and say that one of the cops said "shots fired" on the radio during the vehicle pursuit?

Makes sense. You're on top of this legal crap. 😂

I didn't say no proof was needed for the cops

The proof is that they pumped over 60 shots into an unarmed suspect
Justify the the level of force applied

Just so you know...the police have to account for and justify each shot by law enforcement

Is firing a gun at police a criminal act? Yes or no. Why can't you answer a simple question?

You seem like the kind of guy that believes the police should ask permission of someone before they arrest them, and if that request is refused, the police should just let them go…..

I'd love for @BSC911 to ride with me for just one week. I'd even pay for his lunch. His perspective might change.

Old white man attacked my car the other day because I pulled into his driveway to respond to the call that he had made for service.

Apparently I had "no right to be there" and clearly "no right to tase him" after he lost his ish on my car. I also had no right to take him to jail....but I did anyway.

You don't actually know what you're talking about. You don't know what those words actually mean.

Every cop has now violated the law because you believe that these guys may have?

You do realize that other cops, likely from another agency, will be investigating the shooting, right? Not the actual shooters. Durp.

trumpanzee hearing things that haven't been claimed by anyone
(I sense a trend here)

Go read the about the case in Louisiana and get back to me about the institutional level of lying done by law enforcement

In Highland Park its likely under the jurisdiction of the IPRA/COPD & BIA

The police accountability systems have long been the subject of illegality & corruption

Most black people are well aware of this...I wouldn't think you were though

So law enforement are the liars, criminals tell the truth?

I can see why you are a dem.

8 officers. That's sevenish shots per officer.

I'm going to withhold judgement for now.

That's where I am.

If they broke the law, and I mean the actual law not some woke bullshit, I hope they go to jail.

If not I hope they pin a medal on all 8 of them. Cops die in similar calls (one here a few days ago) and it requires bravery to do it the right way, if they did.

On an unarmed traffic violator
A shot was fired a gun and ammo was found in the vehicle AFTER the fact.

I don't know how you live your life, but I like to come home from work every day.

I have no sympathy for this guy. I save my sympathy for people like Philando Castille, who did everything he was supposed to and got executed by a coward.

So right now you know he fired a gun?

Or is that your racist cop ass kissing nature coming out?
I asked you to clarify your thinking. Are you saying if a criminal fires at a cop and then drops the gun, it doesn't count?

What if the criminal was really a Trump supporter firing at a Hiden voter?

OOOOOORRRRRR.....what if the criminal was a Hiden voter firing at a Trump cop? Think that smelly cop would deserve what he got?

Actually 60 is the number of gunshot wounds...
Not how many time law enforcement fired

They don't know he was shot 60 times ftr. If we don't know for certain that Walker fired a gun then we also can't say he was hit 60 times.

60 was an estimate.

My best guess is he shot his gun and he was hit approximately 40 times. Some of the wounds are exit wounds more than likely. Again, my GUESS.

A shot was fired a gun and ammo was found in the vehicle AFTER the fact.

Because a gun & ammo was found afterwards means they were used?

You don't KNOW one damned thing that happened in this case and you've already concluded that this guy deserves no sympathy

I'm not saying its the case...but what if they find the gun was never fired?

That would be but we know right now you can't even say that happened

But that doesn't stop your inner racist to come out blazing does it?
Why are you accusing me of being a democrat?

Don't get pissy with me because you jumped to conclusions and tried to paint this with a political brush.

The guy is a criminal. He broke the law. We don't know for sure how many laws he broke, but we do know he broke the law.

We don't know that the cops broke the law. If they did, they should be held accountable, just as the criminal was held accountable.

And unlike you, I don't need to know the skin color or political affiliation of the cops to say that.

Yeah and your guesses aren't really based on shit....the cops haven't even made a statement or report but your already defending the law enforcement version

I bet you think your an unbiased person also

Because a gun & ammo was found afterwards means they were used?
That won't be too hard to prove one way or the other. There will be residue on his hand.

I have no sympathy for people wearing ski masks that run from the police after leading them on a high speed chase, no.

IF the gun gun wasn't fired, and there's no residue on his hands, then I will change my tune.
