It's time FSU

This one makes me laugh.......

That FSU edgumuhkashin at work I see. Eating any of the species of raptor (birds of prey) will make you very sick. They're scavengers. It'd be like eating a buzzard or a vulture.

Uh no. A predator kills and eats his prey, like an Osprey catching a mullet. Not the same as a scavenger. And American Eagle is just as tasty as manatee any day.:)

Eagles are scavengers...

You heard it hear first... and ironically while making fun of the other posters "edgumuhkashin."

Lordy, but you Noles are a bunch of dumb bastards.

Google, "Birds of prey scavengers" and you'll receive a host of returns that describe eagles as a species of bird of prey which also happen to be scavengers.

Here's just one of the first dozen that appear from the search:

"For a scavenger like the bald eagle,

Another:

PREDATORY & SCAVENGER BIRDS

And one more for good measure:

"Steller’s Sea Eagle . . . It is also a scavenger, feeding on whatever dead animal it can find."

We wouldn't give you morons such hell about your substandard educations if you weren't such easy targets for it.

Space is anything but dull. On the other hand, SPN has the "hey, let me be an ass" meme all locked up.

To an old man whose favorite line is "Oh Dear", I'm sure an old attorney who named himself for a small appliance is a riot.

You two get together and swoon over Matlock, no doubt.

My blood still circulates fully. I don't need a space heater.

I think this is my favorite week on the internet.

What is so funny about the gif that SPN posted, is that is is in the context of this play. Yea, the one FSU guy got a cheap shot in. But his QB is lying on the ground, writhing in pain on the way to a serious ass kicking

This was the right game, against the right team, won by the right score, at the right place.

I think that my favorite pat of the '97 video is at the 5 sec mark when Janikowski does the Gator Chomp. typical noles putz.

Comparisons of 2012 and 2015 teams (from Fat Dooley)

Stat; 2012; 2015

Total offense; 104th; 100th

Total defense; 5th; 6th

3rd down %; 90th; 74th

3rd down opp.; 10th; 13th

Tackles for loss; 6.8; 7.7

TO margin; +15; +10

One-score games; 4-1; 5-1

Like the 2012 team, the ’15 team had a tough loss away from home. Unlike the ’12 team, it didn’t cost this team a trip to Atlanta. Like that team, this team goes into the Florida State game with an outside chance to play for the national title.

The 2012 team had a pair of NFL running backs and a really good offensive line. It also had a kicker who went 24-of-29 on field goals.

Go ahead and sigh. It’ll make you feel better.

So, in conclusion, there were differences between the two seasons, but the two teams had a lot more in common.

However, there is one major difference.

In 2012, Will Muschamp was satisfied with the way his team was winning games, happy with the offense.

In 2015, Jim McElwain is frustrated with the way his team is winning games.

The home field article, was interesting.

Simply means teams that are the highest versus their overall average when playing at home.

In other words, North Texas loses by ten on average but only by five at home...so that is the best. Just an example.

This is true more often than not ,however, it would be a huge stretch to then claim they're NOT predators since they do actually hunt prey.

If pressed I would say whatever they eat the most often defines them. Vulture: scavenger. Hawk: predator. Although it turns out Hyenas hunt far more than they scavenge, but lions steal their kills.

Well the 2015 offense didn't turn really bad until the latter part of the season. Another difference is we get no push hardly at all from our O line in the run game this season unlike 2012.
