It’s Time to Cut Ties with the Republican Party

Umm, no. They try to censor what you say and do continually. I guess you have forgotten about the Ministry of Truth already. Allegedly "more for personal freedoms" does not mean calling others hate groups for disagreeing with liberal views. Having federal agencies put pressure on social media outlets to censor differing ideas is not personal freedom. Trying to brainwash people with lies is not promoting personal freedoms.

I find it amazing for you to call others sheep. There are no other group of people that are more sheep like than libs who are all in on:

Climate change is religion
Covid vaccine for all
America is racist and bad
Defund the police solves crime
Reducing parental involvement in their children's school and lives
Tax the "rich"
Etc. etc. etc.

Because liberals:
Refuse to acknowledge facts that interfere with their views
Are easy swayed by emotions - have you met a lib not following the latest trend?
Lack critical thinking skills
Love class and racial warfare - makes them feel all warm and fuzzy
Believe the government is the answer to all problems

Take a look in the mirror

so you say the pubs are more socially liberal?? thats a new take.. had not heard it before...

If you have nothing against the bible, then you'd agree with the bible when it states that HOMOSEXUALITY is an abomination and should not be defended. Your little games you play will only send you to H E double L. You may think this is a joke. IT IS NOT! But hey, you can smirk all you want to. You will die someday. Either you are correct and we just die and you'd not even know since you will cease to exist. Or you will either go to Heaven or Hell. Your choice.
no, thats the people, the bible is a decent blueprint for sheep that cannot navigate their lives on their own.. if you take it too literally youre no better than a jihadi....

Never said that. You have proven one of my points.
Liberals:
"Refuse to acknowledge facts that interfere with their views"
So you’re saying Dems are more socially liberal?

Under social liberalism, the common good is viewed as harmonious with the freedom of the individual. Social liberalism is different from classical liberalism: it thinks the state should address economic and social issues. Examples of problems the state might work on include unemployment, health care, and education.

You mean talking to a liberal? You should not reference kalim in that way.
The fact that you sheep I am liberal says all anyone needs to know. You’re no smarter than the other monkeys on here. Get your snout back in the Bible, I don’t want you getting confused.

Hey chief, where'd you come from? Mother's womb, right? Explain that to me please. Life. Explain it to me since you are so intelligent. What is it? What is life? (Now is the time you search google.... you're pathetic) Since you are so easily available to chastise Christians over a posting site, just thought I'd see how "intelligent" you really are. I don't mean the meaning of life, but life itself. What is it? How does it work? When does it start? And how did that start begin in the first place?

LOL...and the state accomplishes that by taking away your personal freedoms.

You're 25, healthy, carefree and a bit irresponsible and you don't care about health insurance? Sorry...you'll have it or you will pay a penalty. That's just the tip of the iceberg on the personal freedoms that liberals take from their subjects.

No one is actually this stupid. This has to be an act.

Liberalism provides you with freedoms that they deem are ok. All other freedoms are bourgeois and you're an @sshole for even wanting them.

Lol, the price for living in society isn’t free, you should try being me for a year, you would know how much exactly. Dems are more socially liberal unless you think that’s the pubs I am not sure why you people are getting trigetred.

Says the guy pretending that socialism equals more personal freedom.

It's impossible to take you seriously.
Socialism? Lol, wtf are you talking about. You live off the system little buddy. Most people do, there are not absolute free markets you wouldn’t want that you would have nothing, absolutely nothing

His "reason" for calling that collusion is stupid. I know you are smarter than that. He is one of many witnesses. He had no direct involvement in filing charges.
OK, thanks for your input.

RINO's are a bigger problem than the libs, that's the point.

He has a chance to stand up for what's right and just and instead he gets in his feels about his TDS.

I don't care how you feel about Trump, this indictment is the second worst of the 4 (the Bragg indictment is probably slightly more ridiculous) and he's ok with the weaponization of the legal system...which is the case in all 4.

If they did this to an honest liberal, say Al Gore in 2000, I'd RUN from it because grounding foundational principles are more important than one election. But not liberals...they'd literally round up and imprison innocent enemies to win an election.

I think Duncan is doing what's right. He is telling the truth and the DA is taking his truth and making decisions. Do you want/expect him to lie?

I actually evolved and think that Bragg case is a stretch. I think that case should've been federal or not at all. The rest of them are all legitimate.

Weaponization is a R talking point because I bet you don't think it's weaponization that Rs are going after the Bidens. Trump DOJ literally started the investigation into Hunter, remember his "perfect phone call"? That was all about weaponizing the government to go after his opponent.

Gore never tried to form a plan to overturn the election. He used legal grounds and when the supreme court ruled, he stopped. Gore never had fake electors, Gore never had people make treats to officials. Gore never asked someone to find him votes. Of course, all of this is alleges but Gore was never alleged to do any of this.

Precisely. My main takeaway from the last few years is that democrats are the most selfish people on the planet. They literally have no empathy or compassion for others. Every decision in their life is dictated by their politics and the ONLY way they will go against their politics is if THEY PERSONALLY, or someone they love more than themselves, is hurt by siding with their politics.

If Biden wants to shutter a relief program that would mean every person in their town over the age of 60 will starve, the average dem will say good, old people just leech off society anyway.

Has Biden been charged with anything? Has there been one indictment?

Can you explain how RICO applies in the ATL indictment?

And Gore sued to overturn an election. Did Trump do that?

He sought a statutorily established protocol that Pence had every right to execute - send contested electoral slates back to the House to sort out. He didn't try to overturn anything. To put a finer point on it, the Dems changes the ECA in 2022 to prevent anyone from ever trying that again (they increased the threshold rather than remove the remedy)...if sending contested slates wasn't allowed in the act then what was there to change?

Hopefully this will educate you on Trump's "master plan to overthrow the election".

There's no such thing as "fake electors". That's a liberal talking point. Those were "contested" electors and it's perfectly legal and has happened many times in the past.

And if it's a crime to ask for EC members to cast slates inconsistent with voting results, why aren't all of these people in jai?

And the WaPO issued a correction on Trump asking Raffensberger to "find him votes". He never said that, Trump said that he (meaning Trump) needed to find 11k votes, and by that he meant legitimate votes through recounts and fraud investigations. He was encouraging a corrupt RINO to do his job and find the fraud that we're all about to see proof of.

Allow me to educate you on this, again from a liberal news outlet.

When are you going to realize that the cable news you watch is lying to you?

There's nothing real in any 4 of these indictments, they are all election interference and in no way is there any parallels to be drawn between Biden earning tens of millions off of influence peddling and what's going on with Trump right now. That's just nonsense gaslighting.

The service in the pharmacy industry has gone south quickly. Pretty sure I know why, reading comprehension is not a requirement.

Hillary spent $10MM in campaign funds to create a fake dossier that was used to investigate and delegitimize her political opponent for 4 years before they finally admitted it was all fake.

But the law isn't being used against Republicans...

Answer the question. Don't answer my question with a question haha

Can you explain how RICO applies in the ATL indictment?
READ the indictment, it is explained AND it makes sense.

And Gore sued to overturn an election. Did Trump do that?
He used LEGAL means. You are allowed to do that.

He tried to make Pence do something that Eastman even deemed illegal. The "words" used in the indictment was that "the SCOTUS would overturn it but we may get at least 2". Pence didn't want to do something illegal. The Dems and Rs updated the verbiage so that there is no question for even the people like Trump.

There is a difference between fake electors and contested electors. Once again READ the indictment.

I actual heard the conversation. Trump clearly said "I just want to find. 11,780 votes". He never said anything about legitimate, legal, real or whatever word you & Trump wants to add NOW. SO why are you being lied to?

I seriously recommend that you read the indictments. You giving R talking points.

So only Fatman can determine when someone can be investigated or charged? or it's gaslighting? you over use that word A LOT.

As far as the RINOs, you never answer what you wanted Duncan to do? lie? refuse to testify?

Brad R told Trump that he looked into those things, what did you expect from him? He even corrected Trump on his lies.

Again, Pharmacists have difficulty comprehending what they read apparently.

According to Dershowitz:

“Lawyers wrote legal memoranda outlining possible courses of conduct, including proposing a slate of alternate electors, who would deliver our preferred election results to Congress”

Now, Trump and his attorney Rudy Giuliani, along with others, are accused of conspiracy to commit forgery and false statements for drafting their list of alternate electors.”

In 2000, Florida state officials were lobbied to secure recounts in selected counties in which we thought the tally would favor us. We were trying to find at least 600 votes that would change the result.

This new indictment features Trump's phone call with Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, which was captured in an audio recording. In the conversation, Trump asks Raffensperger to 'find' 12,000 votes.

In my mind, this call is among the most exculpatory pieces of evidence. Trump was entitled as a candidate to ask a Georgia state official to locate votes that he believes were not counted.

The fundamental truth of this indictment is that if the evidence of specific crimes were compelling, there would be no need to charge under the onerous 'intent' requirements of RICO and conspiracy laws. The proof is not compelling, because these electoral challenges have precedent.

Alot more rebuttals here: Dershowitz basically says it’s a laughable case.

Good luck getting kalim to:

A. Understand what you wrote

B. Admit what you wrote is true given that he does come to said understanding.

Who is Kalim?

I was more gearing this to any pill counters that might be out there. Those that might have difficulty with reading comprehension.😉

One last thing from the article:

The Georgia indictment hinges on the allegation that Trump was lying in order to corruptly prevent the inauguration of the candidate who won the election fair and square.

Conspiracy and RICO violations are specific 'intent' crimes. In order to secure a conviction, prosecutors must prove a personalized agreement to join a criminal activity.
