Is 'The Hat' in trouble?

Space you kinda look like the guy that plays Daniel Hardman on Suits, if you're familiar with that show.

Different people make different comparisons. My ex-wife's friends mostly compared me to Patrick Dempsey when I was younger (mid to late 30s).

This was taken when I was 32.

I only recently started wearing the full beard (last year or so). I had the Van Dyke for over a decade.

They are to everybody. If you have money and looks, they'll always be around. Best bet is to sample em until you've had your fill. Kinda like going to a froyo spot.

Been married twice, both times to beautiful, well educated and accomplished women. They were also bat-shit crazy. The divorces wiped me out financially.

Never again.

Holy hell Space, twice!? Divorce laws are so ridiculous btw. I can't wrap my head around signing my financial life away basically to any woman, not even my mother. People change. Chances of you being in love much less actually liking the person you marry 10, 20, 30 years down the road is slim. I shouldn't have to lose half my assets because I don't want to be in a relationship anymore. I don't see the logic. Without the papers, I'm free to leave when I want and she's free to leave when she wants, as it should be.

"If you wanna be happy for the rest of your life,
just make an ugly woman your wife.
"IF you want a girl that will always be true,
get an ugly girl to marry you..."

Truer words were never sang.... :D

You are mistaken my friend.

"The papers" are not necessary for them to wreck you. They're helpful, but not the end-all-be-all.

Observe: Martina Navratilova got her ass sued off by her former lover even though they were never actually married.

While involved with another if that person (women in your case and mine) were to sacrifice their future to support you in yours then you could still be on the hook. That was the argument in Navratilova's case.

Besides, even though I am a very cynical and jaded man (and you have no idea how much of an understatement that is) that doesn't mean I don't think a life long relationship with a woman isn't possible. It's just a lot harder to find that sort of woman in this day-and-age. I'm not going to hold my breath that it happens for me, but I'm also not going decide it's impossible.

Good lord that's insane. So basically, relationships are a business transaction now.

Marriage was always a business transaction. It's only in modern times where this was ever questioned.

I think there was more to Navratilova's situation. That Page Six article gives the impression that she has essentially been extorted.

I've heard that many celebs now require visitors to sign NDAs, and confiscate cell phones -- especially if they have a "party" planned.

Now they're saying he didn't say that. LSU is bungling this as bad as possible.
@LSUfball: Contrary to media reports, #LSU coach Les Miles has not resigned nor did he indicate he was resigning when speaking to booster group today.

Footballscoop.com is now reporting Les may keep his job if he wins today. What a bunch of FUBARS.

LSUs plan blowing up in their face?

Posted on November 28, 2015

The whole world has watched it play out over the past few weeks. A seemingly well orchestrated plan from some within LSU to leak word and get the public to see that Les results against the rest of the SEC, particularly the Westand more particularly against a guy named Nick just werent acceptable. And you know what, that part worked. People did realize the numbers just werent very good. Beginning after Scott Rabalais initial strong indications article, more and more around Baton Rouge I began hearing, It is true though that LSU does seem to be on the decline vs the SEC more and more. The plan was working.

Over the past 10 days nearly everyone in and around the program believed the end was coming. Publicly, Les took it like a manand became even more beloved for it.

Once the general public caught on to the leaks and planand watched Les endure this painand noticed the stunning silence of LSUs athletic leadership something seems to have happened. The public outcry is real and it is coming from all directions. As late as yesterday it still appeared todays game vs LSU would be Les final game leading the Tigers. But, as they say, sometimes facts change

This morning, multiple sources have told FootballScoop that the political forces involved are weighing in unlike ever before. Multiple sources have said to FootballScoop today, If LSU wins, there now is a very real chance Les hangs on. To be clear, this was not the case just a few days ago. All sources agreed on that point.

When FootballScoop said to a source, So perhaps Alleva played his cards too early? the response was, Perhaps; but maybe this was orchestrated above Joe and the ultimate goal was to force a change there.

At this point were getting a bit too deep into to the grey. Fact is, Les and his Tigers need to show up tonight looking like the Tigers of the first 8 weeks of this season. Les needs to take care of business on the field. As he says, thats his job.

On a related note, I thought this was an excellent discussion this morning regarding this situation from the guys on GameDay.

Latest word is that the Mad Hatter has survived the coupe and will stay on as coach at LSU.

I wonder if Jimbo's statement that he was staying put saved him.

ESPN reported it. If some program offered him a good deal, he might consider it. LSU handled this terribly bad.

LSU screwed themselves hard. They really believed Jimbo was going there. Now they're stuck. No plan B. Media taking up for Miles.

Some of these Chatty Patty boosters need to stop talking to the press. This whole spectacle could have been avoided if they kept their scheming on the DL.
