Is 'The Hat' in trouble?

"Loyalty , that's what our world is missing right now." --Jimbo Fisher , today when asked about Maguire staying when Golson showed up.

Strong statement..................huh, Candi?

Don't get too excited, Jimbo ain't going anywhere.

And McGuire throws a pass towards Dumbo and dumps Golson like yesterday's whore. LOLOLOLOL!! Can't say I blame him. Jimbo IS Golson. Ask Candi Cane. :)

I don't GAS if Dumbo stays or goes. Are you really stupid enough to state Dumbo is 4-1 against UF in the worst stretch in 30 years of UF football? Not shocking, we understand. Do you also realize Dumbo was the OC for Saban's NC when UF shut out Dumbo's offense in Baton Rouge with ZOOK? Dumbo owns the years as wench in waiting. How did those years turn out against UF? Hmmmm...........

Lol, Jimbo is 13-1 vs Florida schools as a head coach at FSU. Run along now.

How many wins does he have against UM and USF? He's been the beneficiary of coaching in a slump of Big Brother. Big Brother curb stomped his ass and even Muschamp beat his ass in the erector set. We are still laughing. You had a couple of laughs during the Muschamp era but Meyer owned the whore in waiting while he shined Booby's shoes. I have news for you, nobody is afraid of Dumbo. I actually hope he stays in Trailerhassee.

So you don't count all the UF wins vs FSU in the Meyer era when FSU was a joke, right? I'm good with that if you are.

I love rivalry week, really classes things up around here.

I count all the wins when the nulls were a joke. There are well over 30 of them. Just saying, the past 4 years were the worst UF has seen since 1977-1980. That's a long way to go back for you to whack your pud. Proud null!! You pulled a win out of your ass at home last year with one one UF's worst teams in 3 decades, and were relieved at that. With the bestest crab thieves in modern history. I'd be proud too. LOL!!

The only time Urban faced Jimbo as a head coach, FSU won decisively: 31–7.

You forget "the corch in waiting" got his ass handed to him repeatedly. Booby sat on the sideline with the headphones tuned into elevator music. You aren't serious are you?

Woah , now I'm offended... the term "corch" was penned by your own Corrine Brown and a gator thing not a nole thing, so keep that on your side of the fence.

Man you are all over the place right now. You need to slow your roll or you are never gonna make it to Saturday. Maintain kid, maintain.

We will just have to await the Fighting Richard Simmons. You go girl!

I learn something new from this thread.

Coordinators now get credit for wins & losses before they actually become head coaches.

No, what you learned was that jimbo, despite being the genius he is, and despite bobby being the genius he was, they were unable to use all their brilliance together to bend the noles to even respectability despite playing a 2-3 game schedule at the most.

Bobby's brilliance long stepped out the door when Father Time passed him by in the early 2000's.

If it was up to Bobby him & Jeff would still be there in 2015 trying to right the ship.

I don't care how brilliant Jimbo is. When he came to FSU I will never forget his comment about our offensive players.

He said only Preston Parker would sniff the field at LSU.

It is amazing how a coord would ever get a HC job, apparently all they do is sit there and watch...all he did was watch for how many years at LSU, and yet apparently they want him back.

It is truly amazing. I remember going over to the LSU board in 07 inquiring about Jimbo & 80% of the responses were not good.

He was called boring & plain when calling games.

But now that he stumbled into jamie he is brilliant....LOL....looks like we came full circle in the argument that without his once in a lifetime player he isn't much more than average.

Every time I read this thread I'm reminded of the old Lassie episode.

"Timmy in trouble, Lassie?!?!"

Guess who is the dog insanely barking.

3 national titles and the best winning % in the nation BY A LONG SHOT, with no losing seasons the last 30 years (even with something called "the lost decade" included) is not respectable?

I know I know we didn't play anyone. Winning 80+% of our bowl games vs like competition has just been plain luck, right?

How did he stumble into Winston?

Oh yeah that's right God forbid you give him any kind of recognition of being a really good recruiter & out recruiting the BAMA schools.

if you were happy with the multiple loss seasons, despite easy schedule then so but it, but don't act like it didn't happen.

Gotcha, when it goes right, he is a genius, when it doesn't it is someone else's fault. You noles are so predictable.

Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher was asked about the possibility of LSU coach Les Miles being dismissed and Fisher then becoming a potential candidate.

"I have no comment on that," Fisher said. "I have a policy: I don't speak about jobs. That's unfair to the players that are there, the players that are here. The coaches there and here. And there is no job opening."

So who will F$U hire now that this is a done deal?

He probably deserves one, and he'll get it ........................from FSU.

Just remember, there is a pretty low limit that the pay-day advance places will give to the pizza delivery boys. Better line a lot of them quickly.

To me not sure why it matters and I really don't care what Jimbo does. UF plays both LSU and FSU every year so it's a wash as far as I'm concerned. I personally think Jimbo's a very good recruiter but an average Game day coach and average with X's and O's. So again to me it doesn't matter where he's at. With that being said he ain't leaving the ACC for the SEC. He has it too easy right now with an easy schedule.

Wow pretty classy.
Bet he made those players feel real special.

Well it was the truth. Our roster offensively was awful.

Look at us now the last 4 years. Benjamin, Freeman & Williams are blowing up in the NFL not to mention all the recent OL draftees.

The same way Spurrier stumbled into Grossman. Grossman and his father went to Gainesville to ask Spurrier to look at Rex. Spurrier gave him a scholarship. The player that Spurrier personally recruited who he thought was the next great Florida quarterback was Brock Berlin. He was never all that and transferred to Miami.

What about Bobby Sabelhaus and Dan Kendra? They were the top two high school quarterbacks in America their senior year. How'd they work out? Sabelhaus never played a down and transferred. Kendra became a fullback and quit playing football.

You're doing your stupid crap again. Ignoring things you know damned good & well are true, but acting like they aren't because you're incapable of being intellectually honest.

Remember Ron Powlus schiess-for-brains?

Why is it that every time Space delivers a beat down of the noles, why I am reminded of this?
