They could have gotten them anywhere. We're flooded with firearms. Y'all are proud that there are more guns than people in US.

No, I didn't. Therefore since they are readily available and have been since before we were a country, it would behoove me to be as well armed as the criminals.

Know that area pretty well. The area now known as Pace Island had these huge canals and my buddy and I would go fish back in there when he lived on Doctor’s inlet. That area was untouched and had the largest gators you’ve ever seen. We’d run them off their slides to fish certain spots. The moccasins were big and super aggressive there though, had to watch everywhere around the bank you fished from. But we’d risk it to catch those huge bass.

I used to occasionally hang out at Whitey's Fish Camp to meet hotties from across the dreaded Buckman Bridge for rendezvous. They had some good band entertainment on weekends too. Fun times, especially in the parking lot.
It doesn't matter if you didn't do it. It was done and we're paying for it.

I have no problem with criminals being shot but that doesn't translate to you having unlimited access to killing machines.
If you're a mentally stable, law abiding citizen and you're frightened of crime, get a gun. Heck, get two if it makes you feel more manly.

Loved Whitey’s. There’s a little bar called the River house near Club Continental that is a pretty cool spot too. Some great dive bars in OP back in the day.
