From a former racist...to a lower bar! My, I have come a long way. I was raised in the deep south and 100% taught blacks were inferior. I just try to treat everyone the same regardless of skin color...that is my ONLY bar. I treat you as you deserve. Asshats get treated like asshats! Good people get treated good. It was a very eye opening experience when I found out your skin color is not what makes the difference in whether or not you were good or a bad person, I can tell you that! LOL I am the LAST person to wear race on my sleeve, and do not like people that do. I HATE when blacks use their skin color as an excuse to keeping them back...behind. I have WAY too many very successful black friends that did not have those problems. When I hire someone...I could not care ANY LESS what color they are...or male/female!(Hey libs...these are the only two choices) I would not consider my bar for racism low. Its just when you treat someone different just because of their skin color to me.

Well there IS this little thingy called THE CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES of America, Theo.....and from what I KNOW...the amendments were put in a certain order for a reason.
