How would you go about setting a game plan for recruiting ?
What would you look for first and foremost as to help decide if a recruit should be offered and subsequently accept his commitment and when ?
A lot of people here seem to have their own ideas as to what CJM should look for in a recruit, how to move forward on that recruit and what steps CJM should take.
For example, if it were me I would start with athleticism and move forward from there. Stars and rankings are important, but proper evaluation and projection in my opinion are just as important.
