Gonna disagree with you, Box...and for this reason: my goals are different from many (that I know)...but I am here (was born to) to live a long life...I am here to figure out the ways to prosper...and to live a healthy life...and create my own happiness (and stopping needless waiting on others to make me happy)...those are the four things I am here to do.
I am getting better at controlling myself than I was some years ago...I cannot stop TPTB whether it is a one-world currency, getting micro-chipped, the advancement of automation...none of that stuff...I see it as my duty to be as adaptable as possible...adaptability, I believe serves my intended purposes.
Nobody can blame you (myself included) where the mark of the beast is concerned...but others (myself included..."at this point") are gonna do what we have to do to survive. Period. End. of. story.
You say you won't take the mark of the beast now...but could you change your mind and take it?...of course, you could...just as I could change my mind and not take it...things such as human emotion(s) are too fluid at present...and how many times have you or myself said, "I'll never do this or that" only to change your/my mind and do just what we both said we wouldn't do?...you know you've done that...so have I...and we'll do it again before all is said and done...we're human, Box.
I was reading on zerohedge that some folks believe that due to the disarray within the democratic party that some believe Michelle Oh-bomba will make a surprise entry into the 2020 election as they believe she's about the only one who could defeat Trump...nothing such as this would surprise myself...admittedly, like Hillary, she's being too quiet...and the article points out her global popularity...and let's face it...it's to the point to where you and I have to be ready for about anything these days.
"May you live in interesting times" is most assuredly an apt depiction of our current days.
Agent Orange
Lol, Oh lord Agent Orange. Where or how to begin i
have no clue or any idea. I grew up in an old Southern Baptist
family whose grandmother and mother were very strict when it came
to abiding by the laws of Sundays. I can even remember where
i grew up on Central Avenue in the white mans ghetto that the
Sunday laws were recognized and obeyed.
(Remember when NOTHING was open on Sundays?)
Mammaw was a tiny red headed woman but she was as mean
as a striped snake when it came to discipline and going to church.
I had stretched out ear lobes and had a shiny red ass to prove
it when i misbehaved.
I am not a religious man nor a very knowledgeable man when
it does come to the Bible but what little i do know is that the
vast majority of the prophecies in the Bible have been fulfilled.
I have learned later in life that the Bible is full of conspiracies
that have proven to be true and spot on and for a book to have
been translated hundreds of years ago, well, it amazes me!
It's why i have preached that folks best better know and or
learn how to be self sufficient because if you are reliant on the
grocery stores then you won't last very long unless you're living
in the boonies or as we say in the trucking industry, living in
Kookamonga flats. I still struggle with the faith and trust part
but i have a big sis who reminds me weekly of this faith part.
As i mentioned earlier to DC, i don't believe in denominations
because i feel and believe that denominations is another mans
interpretation of the scriptures. To me that explains why there is
so many different denominations?
It's also why i have a Concordance book of the Bible.
which tells you the meaning of the Greek and Hebrew
meaning and or definitions of words from that time period.
The misinterpretation of the Bible are many just like the
story of Moses and him leading his people out of Egypt
from bondage and the part where Moses laid his hand in
the Red Sea and the sea divided.
As it turns out it wasn't the Red Sea but it was actually what
was called back in those times, Reed Lake because of the reeds.
Not the Red Sea!
Just like the 5th commandment in the King James version says
Thou shall not KILL. When what was actually said by God is
Thou shall not Murder!
BIG DIFFERENCE! in the meaning of those two words!
Sorry, just a side note.
Back in the day when towns had communities and when 2
men would meet for the first time one man would ask the
other man what church do you belong to.
Right off the bat! one was sizing the other man up.
So sorry for this babbling Agent Orange but i
just wanted you to know why and how i came to
believe in God and the Bible.
