I guess I am naïve about this, but is it the athletic department or the NCAA that performs these random drug test? Does every school that play Division I football have the exact same number of random drug tests during the season, or are we more diligent. It just seems like we have had more suspensions than most schools. Maybe I just don't pay attention to other schools. Can't remember when FSU or a Miami player was suspended for pot? I would prefer that people that actually know the exact rule respond-- not those that think they know.
