Trump also endorsed DeSantis in 2018. In fact that was likely the only thing that won him the governor's mansion since he was trailing Gullum by double digits prior to Trump stepping in.
Was that also a mistake? Is DeSantis just another RINO that Trump picked?

DeSantis doesnt seem like a RINO from my perspective as a Florida citizen. RDS positions on all things COVID and his charge against ESG doesnt jive with this RINO DeSantis narrative. ESG and Covid tyranny are WEF power plays. RDS threw sand in the gears on both of these schemes. Its hard for me to close the gap between his actions on these main WEF issues, and buying into the idea that he is really a globalist plant.
And the law that mandates he can force someone to get the clot shot? We've covered this ground before, and if he officially runs, he will have to explain that. Deer caught in the headlights wont work this time.
As you know...I prefer Trump. However, I agree with what you say here. DeSantis has their support...but who else are they going to back? Not Trump. So DeSantis is the "not Trump" candidate THEY back...does not mean he is cow towing to them.
Team DeSantis must have got some bad overnight polling. Seeing a a lot of team DeSantis influencers making tweets like this now and ones saying Trump supporters will cost Reps the general election if they keep attacking DeSantis like this. You ignore that stuff if it isn't actually hurting you.

One thing in all this is pretty amusing: For months, the DeSantis supporters have claimed that Trump just isn't disciplined. He picks bad fights that cost him political capital.
Yet yesterday, DeSantis makes an undisciplined statement, takes a dig at Trump in an otherwise solid statement, and as a result, that's all everyone is talking about today.
And the DeSantis supporters aren't upset with Ron for making an unforced error, they are made at Trump supporters for pointing it out LOL Guys get some consistency, if you are gonna call out Trump for this, you gotta call your boy out for doing the same thing.
This poll was conducted Friday-Sunday. It will be interesting to see how the numbers move once polling includes Monday, and DeSantis' comments about Trump's pending arrest.

‘I don’t know what goes into paying hush money to a porn star to secure silence over some type of alleged affair — I just, I can’t speak to that.’
And then immediately says this:
"If you have a prosecutor who is ignoring crimes happening every single day in his jurisdiction, and he chooses to go back many, many years ago to try to use something about porn star hush-money payments, that’s an example of pursuing a political agenda,”

DeSantis hasn't fixed our damned property insurance problems and hasn't even addressed them. Our Fish and Wildlife Commission is run like a damned Obama entity. The Chinese are buying Florida property and putting damned biolabs with monkeys on them. I would like some answers and solutions on these things instead of posturing for moving up the political food chain.
