You never know for sure but I would think Trask would be a starter for some years at minimum.

I guess all of those Eagle Scout badges didn't hold him back after all....
🤗

Trask is impressing all at preseason camp. Honestly I'm not the least bit surprised. Reading defenses and tossing the ball is what he is good at.

He's going to have to figure out some escapability. He's fantastic without pressure, but we saw last year that he has trouble while moving. I think it's a skill he can learn, though.

Tom is known as elusive.
Tom can handle the pressure. We've seen Kyle have issues in college with the rush, and it's much faster in the pros. Yes, he's doing well with a green jersey on. Will be interested to see what happens when it's live action.

2 sacks for 12 yards I think. Went like 4-14 or something?

not great.

So far from what I've read in a few blurbs (don't watch NFL games), all of Trask's preseason interceptions have been deflections off his receivers hands.

against 3rd stringers.

he's having a rough preseason, but hopefully he rebounds tonight.

Trask would finish the final preseason game 12-of-14 passing (85.7%) for 146 yards (12.2 Yds/Rec) and 1 TD.

Trask's debut preseason numbers, in what is expected to be the only snaps Trask's gets in his rookie year, finished at 29-of-55 (52.7 completion percentage) for 312 yards, a touchdown and 2 interceptions (both Int's were deflection off his receivers hands).

He had a very nice game, again, against backups, but this was a good showing. If he DOES get the oppurtumity to sit behind Tom for 2-3 years, he's got a real chance...but it's presumed that Bruce Arians is going to retire when Tom does, so who knows what that situation will be.

I didn't watch any of the Bucs games, but was he playing against backups with backups?
