Just had a total stranger pull into my driveway and they began honking their horn non-stop, parked near my patrol vehicle.

I walk outside and ask, "What is your problem?"

Them- "Jesus Christ, I honked like 50 times...I could have been killed by the time you came out here!"

Me- "If you're having an emergency, it would probably be better to call 911."

Them- "It wasn't an emergency, I just needed you to come outside."

Me- "If it wasn't an emergency, why are you acting like a lunatic in my driveway? Leave now!"

Holy hell people are stupid. He wanted to ask me about a freaking dog that's walking down the road and he was afraid to get out of his vehicle.

The Chinese in New York live by different rules than us. For instance the adult gang members don't carry guns, and the hitters are all minors.
