Graham Mertz goes in sixth round to Houston Texans

Florida quarterback Graham Mertz goes in sixth round (197th overall) to the Houston Texans in NFL Draft. Nice moment for Mertz, who started 16 games over two seasons for UF before his college career ended suffering a torn ACL against Tennessee last Oct. 12. Mertz is the fifth UF player selected in the draft.

I was repeatedly told Mertz was terrible. I guess this means Max Brown will go at least 5th or higher.

Yeah good for him...good kid. Took a lot of criticism in his college career and stayed classy through it. I hope he has a good career.
