My father was 1/2 Sub-Saharan African. That means black. I never knew him to vote Democrat. He never let my yellow dog Democrat white mother and me forget the tragic mistakes we made voting for Carter. Reparations is a fair discussions. There were so many government laws that hurt black people for generations. Not to mention the other groups that did receive reparations from the government.
