This highlight tape has all of Tennessee's big passing plays on it.

The 2 craziest ones where no one goes with the pass catcher are at 5:51 and 19:29.

On both it appears Dean (if that is him its hard to see his number) is just following the QB and pays no attention to the pass catcher whatsoever. My guess is Dean was clearly responsible for the guy out wide at 5:51 and I am thinking probably responsible for that guy at 19:29 when he went out on that route with Dean lined up where he was but possibly it was a LBs responsibility I am not sure.

Just watching their passing plays in general a couple of times I think Marshall got beat but it took nice throws to do it. Torrence looked pretty bad playing the deeper safety position and we can't hand off receivers worth a damn without letting them get wide open.

Fever,

Figured a quote would get you attention !

Haven't really seen the D line play yet for the Tennessee game but against S FL the DTs played decent but the guys setting the edge were lacking discipline many times. Powell was terrible on that when playing and Cox was being too aggressive on same plays allowing them to capitalize on that in the running game. Maybe later today the video will be out showing everything we screwed up on.

Big plays given up by defense in Tennessee's 5 TD drives:

1st TD drive: 70-yard pass
2nd TD drive: 43-yard pass
3rd TD drive: 39-yard run
4th TD drive: 44-yard run
5th TD drive: 45-yard pass

Fever,

Knew there was a reason I had to self medicate after that damn game - all those CHUNK plays !

Average of 48.2 yards per chunk play - half the length of the field - given up on every Tenn TD drive !

Outstanding defense !

Not sure if Grantham ever had a game quite that bad - well maybe SC and LSU.
