He’s a USF commit for a reason & not a very good offer list. Norvell offered him at Memphis so that is the connection. Not an upgrade from Simms that is for sure.

Sims actually isn’t that good. I’ve seen Rodemaker play and he’s a good fit for an air raid type offense. Not highly rated because he doesn’t have a strong arm and isn’t that athletic but very accurate.

iirc, Sims is more about his legs than his arm. I'm on board with a coach who evaluates talent and applicability to scheme rather than stars.

Domination baby. We got 2 QBs in 10 days.... Taggart had 2 and a half yrs and didnt sign 1. QB and o line are the main issues we need to fix... Mostly QB

We dont have a lot of players in the class. Most classes are filled out with 3 stars which bump them. Dont get me wrong, its not elite by any means. We filled major needs tho. Need another RB or 2. Need another DE and need some OT... We also need malachi wideman to sign...

One DE... Thats it. Norvell is gunna hit the transfer portal hard to fill needs that he couldnt get in 10 days. I like what he did. Not an elite class by any means but man was it nice to sign a QB

and recruiting isn't finished. I'd venture to say we'll finish around 15 (depending on the source).
