The steal was real. The election, like it almost always does, came down to about 10 pivotal states.
Less than 300,000 votes (in total) would have swung the electoral vote the other way. In 7 states, the result was razor thin. Where were ALL of the voting problems? In 7 key states. There were irregularities and outright fraud in every one of them. Don't believe me? Look here.

The way I see it, the problem for Fox was proving intent. You beat defamation with truth. In order to win the lawsuit, Fox would have to prove that Dominions purposely committed voter fraud to help Biden win. They would need a smoking gun to show intent. They also would have needed to inspect the voting machines and the entire software system, immediately after the election. We know this WAS NOT ALLOWED to happen. With out proper investigations and/or documentation, Fox really had no choice but to settle. The fact that Dominion was willing to take a settlement should tell you everything.
