For the second time this week Florida has extended an offer to a 2018 three-star offensive lineman who is committed elsewhere.
Today Florida offered Kwatrivous Johnson, a Mississippi State commit.
Now, I'm not saying it is time to sound the alarm, but you don't send out two new offers at a position with less then 3 1/2 months left in the cycle if you feel great about your current board and where you stand with your current targets.
That would make no sense. You send out two new offers at the same position this late in the cycle when you are hedging your bets.
That isn't to say that Florida is out of it with any or all of their top targets (Barnes, Gouraige and NPF), but my guess would be this sudden activity along the line is the result of them not feeling so good about at least one of them.
