It is laughable that anyone would think that the NCAA will bring any type of action against any school based on an NIL deal at this point, especially if Tom Mars is involved. He would welcome the opportunity to sue them into oblivion, destroy them as an entity, and render them as powerful as a garden club.
NCAA: “Where did Nico’s 8 million come from?”
Tennessee Admin: “We’re not exactly sure, but since this is Tennessee, we assume it came from illegal moonshine and black market stolen and used-sex toy sales. Oh, and by the way, Tom Mars would like to say ‘Hello.’”

sadgator’s serious…if they pursue this Nico thing, it’ll probably be the last official action the NCAA ever takes. They are done as a regulatory body.
