Its not a thing because its not a thing. You can't just make things up. Do i have to explain to you again how a civil jury can't find you guilty of anything, or the standard of evidence in criminal versus civil court again?

He is guilty of wrongful death, so yes he was liable for NB death.

He was was found liable for the two deaths. So he's financially responsible.
Civil suits are tantrums bad lawyers throw when they can't get a criminal conviction based on the evidence and their skills as a lawyer.
All you need to convince is 51 percent of the jury at a much lower standard of proof.
Trump is not a rapist. Rape is a crime and he wasn't even charged with it.
Orenthal J Simpson was found not guilty of two counts of murder in the the first degree, also a crime. So he's not a murderer.
Go use some of your massive research skills to find a transcript from a criminal case and a civil case, paying attention to the language of the finding of the jury in the foremans statement as well as the pronouncement by the judge in particular.
