These people are college graduates, people who just stood on business for four years to earn a degree from a well respected and prestigious HBC. Their parents were there, and their friends to watch them accomplish something that not everyone, regardless of race, can do.
Their college got them the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES to be their commencement speaker.

Thanks. Biden made a political speech for himself rather than a commencement speech for the grads and their families. He should have told them that they have one of the great tools of life, an education, and now you have a great opportunity to use it to build your life in any field you want.
