This guy Simon Parkes has a podcast on YouTube. He seems to be connected and broke the Flynn pardon story almost 12 hours before it was made public. He claims there was a firefight inside the CIA Frankfurt facility that housed the server, that was seized a couple weeks back. They covered it up with the claim that 5 US service members were killed in that helicopter crash in Egypt. Pretty crazy stuff.

Surely this is Alex Jones fantasy stuff. If not consider the implications. Of course we know Brennan is a toady and shadowgate implicated Admiral McRaven. McRaven was in the news commenting on the Iran hit. Note that Brennan was condemning the Iran hit. Sadly this leads me to conclude that I can NOT dismiss it as a possibility. Also, the Iran hit may be Trump poisoning the well in case he loses the challenges to prevent the Iran sellout from being re-implemented.

And I don't believe the claim is the server was Scytl owned in a Scytl office. It was claimed to be a CIA server in a CIA satellite office. So the first fact check isn't actually checking the claim itself. That version also gets around the question of our authority to act in a foreign country.
As others have said, we have proof that votes were in fact sent to Frankfurt.
Fact check article is also 15 days old and at the pace of the current news cycle is extremely outdated.
