Anheuser-Busch has given away free cases of Bud Light to distributors as a way to make amends for the Dylan Mulvaney controversy, according to a report.
Funny but $1 is better than zero dollars. I don't know what their contracts say but I'm guessing the distributor and ultimately, the manufacturer has to eat the loss on expired beer. So AB BUD might be promising to indemnify the distributors for unsold beer and offering stimmies just to move it off their shelves. Eventually, this is going to hit the breweries and their production lines and they'll have to cut back and lay off workers.
Oh and by the way.............I'm up 40% on my BUD June 9 $60 puts...........in a matter of 2 days.
