The “judge” who “ruled” that 200,000 ballots were “illegitimate” was Trump’s attorney: Jim Troupis, who was once a judge. As he is no longer a judge, he doesn’t issue rulings. This claim was just a part of his argument during the court case that he lost over a week ago.

3)Please name the STATES that sent multiple slates of electors-- not a unrecognized, illegitimate group from a random few state legislators that simply hopes to be seen.
4) Pence is charged to open the Electoral College vote, not decide anything. If there is a House and Senate objection to a state's electors, as submitted in writing prior to 1/6/21, Hose and Senate recess to vote on that state. There are not enough votes for the objections to pass.
