His choices:
don’t indict. Makes the entire Jan 6th committee look like the farce it is. Opens door for DJT to gain a ton of moment using the committee fake hearings as a boomerang.
indict. His only option even if he doesn’t have evidence. It gives his party a chance to say….multiple impeachments, and indictment. You can’t elect this corrupt man. It’s about being able to use language to prevent Trump from taking office and busting up the DC corruption they are a part of. Always has been about this.
The question is….how many soft republicans will this sway? The Romney wing of the party.
If Garland "tries" to indict Trump before primaries, there will be a red tidal wave not seen since before the invention of Midol. 😂 If he does it after midterms, "The Big Guy's" head will be on a chopping block, House investigations, impeachments until his term is expired.

Usually whistleblowers have a hell of a lot to lose if they are employed by the whistlees and are outing them. That alone gives them a lot of credibility. Trust, but verify I say. The problem is, the Deep State doesn't want to verify.

The official House Republican Twitter account promptly deleted a tweet Thursday attacking a witness who testified before the Jan. 6 committee after people pointed out she works for them.
“Just another liar and pawn in Pelosi’s witch-hunt,” the House Republican account tweeted, referring to Sarah Matthews, an aide who was working in the White House during the Jan. 6, 2021, riot.
She is currently the Republican communications director for the House Select Committee on the Climate Crisis.
Matthews testified Thursday that if Trump had wanted to make a statement from the press briefing room, he could have walked there in less than 60 seconds.
She also said that the then-White House press secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, told her that Trump “did not want to include any sort of mention of peace” in his initial tweet about the rioters, but eventually agreed to use the phrase “stay peaceful” after Ivanka Trump proposed it.
Matthews had also supported the testimony of former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson, tweeting last month that anyone downplaying Hutchinson’s role in the West Wing “either doesn’t understand how the Trump WH worked or is attempting to discredit her because they’re scared of how damning this testimony is.”
The House GOP’s tweet was taken down after blowback. Alyssa Farah-Griffin, another former Trump White House aide, came to Matthews’ defense:
The account continued to face backlash after removing the tweet.
“The tweet was sent out at the staff level and was not authorized or the position of the conference and therefore was deleted,” a House GOP spokesperson told Politico anonymously.
I guess that means she's been verified as credible?

They're publicly stating an investigation, before the J6 committee is even completed their "work", into the likely Republican nominee for 2024. Garland, as @jfegaly points out, has an axe to grind after his failed SCOTUS nomination.

This was an easy case. The guy actually assaulted Capital Police Officers. He should go to jail. Of course, it should not have taken 1.5 years to come to this determination. He will actually do the jail time, unlike all the Antifa and BLM arrested and set free from the summer of love.
