Dont know about Ga rules but Pa may be decided in SCOTUS. Any mail in received after 8pm on election night or without clear postmark are supposed to be thrown out according to Pa law. If that part is unconstitutional then the law states ALL mail in ballots are to be thrown out.
US Constitution says state legislature set the rules for voting.
Clear cut for SCOTUS but you never know about that bunch.
5-4 and a ton of mail ins are tossed and Trump keeps Pa.
Trumps best cases will involve the ignoring or changing voting rules after voting had started in any of these states that are finding these magical and statistically suspicious votes for Biden.
With a recount or inspection of these mail-in its likely many will fail the legal tests and be thrown out. All of this depends on the rules in those states.
Gaga is a red state and they better get their act together and fix this sh*t by the next election. All red states for that matter that may see close elections that could be stolen. They need to restrict mail in to absentee and set hard deadlines on time to have all absentee votes counted BEFORE election day and require all in person votes to be done by midnight election night. This needs to be required of blue districts, especially .
If Gaga cant be overturned by throwing out illegal ballots then its possible that Trump is re-elected in the house as a 269-269 tie is possible. House could go Biden but the lean will be Trump as each state gets 1 vote and pubs have a 26 state majority.
Or as Ole DC said in an earlier post it could be a Biden Pence admin.
Imagine Pence becoming prez and nominating Trump for VP. 2024 would be a Trump/Pence ticket and 2028 could be a Pence fill in the blank ticket.
Regardless its time for red state and split state legislatures to make hard set deadlines and rules to prevent this sh&t from happening again. Election need to be over at midnight the day of, Period!!! This is critical when red state legislatures have democrat executives.
Lastly, and this isnt about this election but for the future as we see the rise of Atlanta as a blue outlier in red Gaga. Every red state needs to move to having their Senate made up of reps from each county. This will insure red Senates in the future and thwart he kind of nonsense we see in Cali and Illinois that are ruled by 1 party because of major cities controlling elections..
Pubs need to get their head out of their @ss and become proactive or the big cities will run this country and the rest of us will be vassals. This was Jefferson's fear. Pubs also need to ramp up the Convention of States process so we can get term limits and a balanced budget done to put the progressives in a box before we end up socialist. The Fair tax and repeal of the 16th and 17th amendments would be nice as well. Its time to put Republic back into the concept of Constitutional Republic and save this country from the mobocracy the left would have us adopt.
