Been on vacation in Missouri the past week

They opened up New Orleans this last weekend and it was a madhouse. But fun even though I was working. Having half of America vaccinated, roughly, certainly has lowered the mortality rate Allowing us to open the country back up. Thank you Donald Trump.
I miss Louisiana. Used to live in Lafayette. Can't say I'm a fan of NO though.

So Trump supporters CAN think for themselves?

Now do Hiden supporters.
What's not lost on the smart people is this:
TDS'ers (Orange Man Bad) are doing their best to cram covid vaccines up our ass, all while denying Trump any credit for getting their vaccines to market so fast.

That's when you know the anti-Trumpers are either imbeciles or the lying snakes that we've always known they are. Irony at it's finest, hypocrisy risen to a new crescendo.😂😂😂😂🤣

Almost as ironical as pro Trump supporters claiming the vaccines are evil and kills people

lol

But vaccines do kill people.
Aren't these covid vaccines the most deadly vaccines ever?

And we have two posters here claiming to be doc, and both think they are fine to take? And they are attacking anyone who is skeptical?

Is that where we are at?

Personally I've never asserted such a thing. There are both vaccers and anti-vaccers. That's been around for at least 50 years or more. It's a matter of personal choice, not a mandate. I decided to err on the side that covid mortality is a known percentage and an acceptable risk. I would take the vaccine otherwise, if it were truly like the Bubonic Plague. The long term results of vaccination still are not known. China created this crap. Sometimes I wonder if this isn't similar to computer anti-spyware, created for both political and monetary gains?

Amazon did enjoy huge profit gains during the pandemic so you are probably on to something here.

I actually agree with you. I don’t think people under the age of 35 should get the vaccine although there is an argument to be made for creating a reservoir that didn’t spread it to others, but if those above 35 or say 40 particularly the high risk group gets vaccinated it should be OK. Pertussis exist because adults are the reservoir and the vaccine wears off as we become adults but we are bigger and our airways are bigger so it’s not life-threatening like it is for a newborn. Kind of the reverse phenomena. I think that would be applicable in this scenario in reverse here.

I will respectfully disagree with you on the concept of vaccines being optional in pediatrics because the mortality rate before vaccines for all of these childhood diseases was horrible. It was not unusual for only two out of every four kids born to survive to adulthood before the 19th century. The impact vaccines I’ve had on saving lives in the world population explosion should never be underestimated. Now whether that’s the best thing for the species in the long run, run out of there you could have a good debate :)

But the libertarian in me hates the concept of anything being government mandatory. Then again they made wearing seatbelts mandatory.

But you know when I get bored I like to **** With people, LOL.

FTR I've never worn a seatbelt either, unless it was at a DUI checkpoint. 🤣

So do cops
My cousin works for Merck that was on vacations down in Florida the same time as I was. He explained a lot of things about the shot that made me feel much better than anybody on this message board. Very interesting conversations. Artificial Intelligence was also brought into the conversation.

Numbers were declining at the beginning of the vaccine rollout. This virus is treatable without a vaccine but that's not good for Big Pharma.

Oh really, please tell me how you treat this virus I’m curious?

I found it to be pretty nice and not mask/vaccine crazy.
I don't know, all I've seen what's happening in Missouri are race riots, and this
Please correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Missouri somewhat of a sh*thole?
Really sucked what happened to the Griswold family when they made a wrong turn in Saint Louis.

St. Louis is a totally different country than the rest of Missouri. That is like comparing Miami to Holopaw.

I will play along....because you are attributing all the dropping to the vax.....what percentage of the US had already had Covid (diagnosed and undiagnosed) prior to the vax? Just curious, since we are sciencing and all.

Correct, but just like vaccines and cops these things happen as they’re trying to help people and they help millions more than they hurt. All three :) thanks for playing along
I will say absolutely correct in general. However, on this vaccine NONE of us know that just yet. Anyone saying the KNOW for a FACT is letting their emotions play in.

That being said....you have been awfully quiet on the anthrax vaccine question.

Now when I said was the vaccine contributed significantly to the reduction in mortality rate. The actual number of infections is still very high. And it’s not the only factor that contribute to the reduction in mortality but it is the primary factor as evidence by the timing.

But I’m more curious as to see which one of you scientist, and I use the word very liberally there, can you tell me how to treat a virus because that I’d really like to know. How do you “treat” Covid I’m curious.

I know I don’t need to explain to you intellectual giant to the scientific community that vaccines don’t treat they prevent. What we’re likely seeing is a vaccine that may not prevent the infection so much is prevent the immune response and that’s why I’m receiving a reduction in the mortality without the same reduction per say in the infection rate. That’s one theory that circulating at least.

Probably because I didn’t pay attention to your post enough to realize you had asked a question about anthrax🤣🤣🤣. I did get the anthrax vaccine being in the military before deployment to a rack but I’ve never really figured anthrax that much. What was your question?

Wait...I was getting ready to respond with a bunch of questions and then I realized...

You are a doctor treating covid and unaware of the various treatments?

Why do I sense that someones googler is currently on fire.
You guys crack me up. You do realize there is actually no treatment for a cold virus right?
like in the history of medicine we’ve never been able to cure a cold virus. And you do realize that coronavirus is a cold virus right, LOL

All the stuff you find on Google and all the crap you hear in the news doesn’t work. Nothing treats coronavirus. Not curative at least. Steroids sometimes help with immune response. Zithromax sometimes help because of its anti-inflammatory properties. Hell hydroxychloroquine may work there.

But that’s treating the symptoms. There is actually no effective cure for the cold virus and they never has been. Same old story, if you have a cold go to the doctor and get better in a week stay at home and get better in seven days. What we do in the really sick patients in the ICU is we support and try and turn down the immune response and hope they get better with time as the virus runs it’s course, but there is no effective treatment for the virus.

no matter what Dr. Google says. I do hope you find one someday. But none of that crap really works. I know that from first-hand experience.

Anyway, good night all You expert scientist with no scientific degrees.

I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this thread. Every single one of you bring up some great points on this topic. Keep in mind gents, we’re all on the same team and we need to get back to the business of making fun of the moderate fry maker and the lefties.

In case anyone is interested, @BSC911 got caught by his wife jerking off to @NavigatorII and is now sitting down with Father Kiddy Diddler to talk about his mental issues. His wife is coming over as she is no longer impressed with BSC’s short comings and needs a red blooded American male.

Perhaps so. Just saying we didn't see much of anything out of ordinary. However, I did get a few "Boomer"s as I stroll past folks with my OU hat on.
