ATT doesn't carry the SEC channel!

It is in my package ( so they tell me last night ), but now after 1 hour on the phone supposedly ATT and the SEC channel couldn't work out an agreement and now, without notice to me, I don't have the SEC channel? Anyone else have this issue? I will switch to Comcast tomorrow is this is the case. Please advise. TIA.
