First basketball player I've seen since Larry Legend that's just flat out fun to watch play the game.

The sneaky inside passing assists and the full court throw assists of a Bird.
The snap quick getting off of accurate shots. From under the basket, and from the out to the logo 3's of a Stephen Curry.
With rebound numbers that amount to getting triple doubles.

jusdamn...
.

She caved and then doubled down on it.

she just pissed it all away for what? Do you really think the tranny goons and the woke are just going to stop with that?

Pathetic.
Whatever she does, it will never be enough. So you basically just have to stop pandering from the get-go and say screw it. She did not do that so screw her. ...

This thread is about Basketball, not the politics of any athlete..
I don't have a problem with separating the two.

Personally, I don't GaS what political lean any actor or athlete has, because I don't and won't take their advice on anything to do with my own life. I just enjoy watching them perform in their own specific area of expertise....
I refuse to let the 'politics of the day' ruin my own enjoyment of everyday life.
I feel mildly sorry for those that do......
😎
It's not woke to just WTF-UP and move on from the other BS.

If you folks are unable to do that, then maybe you should start your own thread dealing with the political or other life stands of athletes and actors.....
😉

I personally appreciate your intent, but Caitlin herself opened up that can of worms the other day with her very public comments.

I agree she is a very good basketball player and she has some slick moves and is fun to watch. I think she is out of control more than she needs to be trying to make the next highlight reel play, her play is more suited to street ball like you would see at Rucker Park in Harlem, but her effort is appreciated and acknowledged ...

As an aside to your post, I hear what you were saying about separating politics and sports and that seems to be a pretty individual thing.

For a while, I was really tweaked at the NFL for trying to jam the racism narrative down our throats along with this Black Lives Matter hoax, and I started not to care very much about something that I had cared a lot about in the past.. I finally determined that since I like football a lot, I am going to continue to watch football and ignore the other stuff since I didn't do anything wrong. I don't feel the need to punish myself and deprive myself of something I enjoy. I would imagine that everybody makes their own peace in their own way.

That said, I will still not watch the NBA until I get a personal apology for the Black Lives Matter hoax, and full disclosure. I am not holding my breath, haha ...

Fresno, that might just be the understatement of the Year.... 😉

JMOHO's as always, realizing that others will see things differently and do their own thing in that process.
But, but, aside, etc..... You can either separate the two things, or you can't, their is no try.....

Now back to the athletics portion of life with the politics left for others to follow and talk about on a hopefully 'Contamination of Sports with Politics' thread.....

Thanks Capt. And since this is my Lane (thread), see ya on some other thread....

She finished with 337 on her rookie season....

And Steph Curry bought sideline seats, just to watch Clark shoot.

Rookie Season Per Game Stats Average:
35.4 Min - 19.2 Pts - 5.7 Rbs - 8.4 Asts - 1.3 Stls - 0.7 Blks - 1.5 Ast/TO Ratio

Season 40 Game Totals:
769 Pts - 227 Rbs - 337 Asts - 53 Stls - 27 Blks - 122 3's
FG 41.7% (242/580) - 3's 34.4% (122/355) - FT 90.6% (163/180)

What's extra extraordinary is that she put up those numbers while often being double teamed and receiving the most Flagrant Fouls in the WNBA, approx. 17% of the total committed on the season, while she committed zero flagrant fouls on any one else.

PS (she's just 22 years old, so maybe she deserves a bit of a break while she finishes growing up?)

I was just getting ready to say......she's 22 and been overwhelmed with attention. She's going to make decisions that I think are dumb.
