Always amuses me when posters here get upset that their troll attempts aren't earning serious responses. We have one/two poster here that seems to really be irritated by this. Almost as much as when you address what he's doing, without replying to him directly.
It sounds like Clyburn et al. are going to impeach him, then use the first 100 days to establish Biden's policies/plans, and then send the impeachment over for a senate trial. At that point, if it is passed in the senate, then it is my understanding that he will be barred from holding public office again. Which is a real shame in my opinion, would have loved to see him get beat by Biden one more time.
What I find amusing are some of the idiots out there that think the Senate can impeach (convict of) a private citizen. Impeach from what office? Let's say they somehow manufacture some unconstitutional argument to do so. Ain't no way in hell the Senate convicts with a 2/3rds vote. But then, he did donate his salary to charity, so that's evidence in his favor. Too bad he never came forth about his personal finances, then we would know for sure. Twice before people have been barred from holding office. Never a President, but two federal judges. Still, it is a legal process that this country has gone through before. And in both those cases, a simple majority was all that was needed. Just an FYI.
