Again, why would cops arrest people at a peaceful assembly of people? Think real hard about this. Here, I’ll even break this down for you.

If the people are peaceful and no violence breaks out, there is no need for arrests nor a bail fund.

Peaceful has an antonym, violence.

Synonym for peace is tranquility, calm.
Antonym for peace is conflict, violence.

Peace = no violence or bail fund
Rioting = violence and bail fund
