Alec Baldwin to be charged?

What if this was your wife he killed?

It's really bad but I think if I was a state attorney my view would be we would probably lose on a charge like that. My view would be nailing that armorer would be better than 50/50 though after reading some of the warrant requests.

A careless JA with a gun is the culprit, not anyone else. They didn't point a weapon and pull the trigger (not an accident a reckless act) by Alec Baldwin.

Disagree even though he has a lot of blame. That armorer treated her job like it was no big deal at all. She knew she didn't do what she was supposed to when they spoke with her even though that is the person that assures no lethal round is in there before the others deal with the gun.

This is a hard one for the authorities because they know if they charge her with something and not him the public will go crazy about Baldwin not being charged and you also have the assistant shouting the gun was good to go. That is why I lean to them maybe not charging anyone criminally. Who knows maybe they charge all 3 but if they charge Baldwin with something big he will beat the charge I think with a jury.

Are you a criminologist? Stay in your lane, bro.

Well it sounds like they are going to charge 4 different people with various charges. Will be interesting to see what everyone is charged with and I would think with 4 people it means Baldwin also. The armorer, the assistant, Baldwin and who would be the 4th person?

Also I doubt they can make anything more than some involuntary manslaughter type charge stick at trial on Baldwin though they probably would charge it higher if they have that as a lesser included offense to a higher charge. Curious to see what the totally inept/negligent armorer gets charged with also.

Baldwin is just one of MILLIONS of lying libs. He proclaims he did not pull the trigger. I will always say this...Libs know ZERO about firearms. If he knew ANYTHING...he would know that it is physically impossible for a revolver to fire without the trigger being pulled. He will get buried for making that statement

My thinking now with all the pressure being applied is they will probably charge the armorer and Baldwin with something. I still think they will have a hard time nailing Baldwin in a trial with a serious manslaughter type charge with how these movie sets operate in reality though. I think the armorer would be more likely to be found guilty of a real serious charge than him reading the affidavits that are public on this unless there are things the public doesn't know yet that make the case easier for the prosecutor.

Honestly I do not have any effs to give in Baldwin's case. He's an anti-gun libtard and this could not happened to a more appropriate POS. I personally don't care if he breathes tomorrow. Never cared for him as an actor and will never watch another movie produced by him. Non issue.

He's pretty hilarious on 30 rock.

Baldwin told a bald faced lie(surprising right? ALL lefties are pathological liars) He claimed he did not pull the trigger. That is impossible unless the gun was broken, which would be EASILY proven. Lib know ZERO about firearms, and he probably has ZERO clue as to how revolvers work. The 3 people who handled the gun should ALL be charged w negligent manslaughter.

Especially a single action revolver.

What a stupid ass!

prosecutors stating that he was 'distracted' during firearm training and shortly after the incident admitted to officers he had fired the weapon: something he would later vehemently deny.

This here reeks of our own resident liberals. Sickening!
Baldwin has vowed to fight the charges. He has stated repeatedly that he never pulled the trigger, and said that it was a tragic accident - emphasizing that he relied on the firearms experts hired to be on set.
