It's been a rough couple days on the injury front for the Gators, as it was revealed earlier today that redshirt junior offensive guard Antonio Riles (knee) is expected to miss the season while freshman safety Quincy Lenton announced on Twitter (in a later-deleted tweet) that he has a broken foot.
Another Gators freshman defensive back, C.J. McWilliams, is also sidelined. A source tells me that McWilliams has suffered a torn ACL. He's waiting on the swelling to go down before he undergoes surgery.
