Most likely no. You're only going to change the behavior of an entire electorate to a limited extent.

Alot of people are set in their ways, don't trust early voting, and will do as they've always done. You forget, we are political junkies. There are many more people who just go about their daily lives and still turn out on 11/5.

And when you're talking about reducing the firewall by 70% in some states it would be a massive change in voting behaviors to change the result.

We are dominating with the low propensity voters in the swing states and in PA we will do 11% better on Election Day voting over the dummy RATS 🐀. I’ll go back and find this poll

Some Pollsters tried to correct polls from 4 years ago by increasing poll share of republicans to account for Trumps late “surge”, which pollsters are thinking can be adjusted with a little sample bias. Any of the polling groups who have Harris’s interest in mind, may adjust the bias back to the same sampling as last time in hopes that adjustment might give hope to Dems to spur late turnout
