But those aren't all. Smart's won the SEC and we have freaking cruised through the division the last two years. Now, please post the division rankings... you were third... and I feel like reminding you that we were the youngest team in the SEC last year.The rubber-dollie tennis-sea fans were also always very proud of beating UF in B-Ball during the regular season, while UF was winning B-2-B NC's.
If those Jax games is all you've got to hang your hat on, then saying that your #8 leghumpers beat my #6 Gators is fine with me.

This is a great pickup for UF. I’ll trust Mullen when it comes to picking up contributors in the transfer portal. I’m excited about this pickup and see if he can make the most of his 2nd Chance. He’s clearly a very talented player.

Currently sitting at UF 4-5 UGly, so IF you can win the next game, it will be your 1st decade over UF since you won your only NC 40 years ago.

The one thing we can agree on is that Cox will fit right in with the culture Hunchback is building. Ha ha.
I find it interesting that 3 high profile recruits have already transferred from the 2018 recruiting class in Cox, Fields and Ford and 2 of them got a decent amount of PT as true freshmen so it isn’t like they were riding the bench. Obviously the culture doesn’t appear to be too good a UGA right now. The most arrests in the off-season and high profile transfers. Why all the arrests and transfers of high profile recruits during the off-season?
And oh yes Holliman was on the team for over a year after beating a woman as UGA tried to sweep they under the rug.

But again that is why UGA isn’t a national program. You are paper champs and care more about recruiting than actually winning a championship. It’s why you haven’t won 1 in 40 years.

I forgot Nadab Joseph as well. The difference is those 3 guys transferred after already being enrolled at UGA for a year. 2 of them even played a good amount for true freshmen at positions where true freshmen don’t typically play. Must be a cultural problem there at UGA right now. It’s very rare to see 2 true freshmen transfer after actually seeing playing time.
We also don’t go around boasting about recruiting championship and paper champions as it means nothing. As you are now finding out about that 2017 recruiting class. But UGA fans will never learn.
We have a transfer starting at RT this yr...but to be fair... We didnt have anything at RT when he got here
I should have specified. Transfers might be solid players but I've never seen one become a superstar like all these guys are expecting.

This is getting ridiculous. Fields left because he was unhappy that he wasn’t playing as much as he wanted. That’s about where that ends. Ford left to play ball back home to be near his sick grandfather. Cox was kicked off the team. And Nadab will probably return to UGA, as we are still his top school. Fields would not have started this year, and maybe not even next year depending on Fromm’s decision. And Cox was getting passed by in practices, as well as having off-field issues. He’s a good player. But practice reports showed that he was getting passed over before he was even kicked off the team. I know you’re a UF fan and want to trash talk. I get it. But just get some information first. This is seriously ridiculous.

I agree with u. Other than QB i cant think of a transfer who ended up being an All American or doing really well. Most can be solid players but most transfer because they are not good enough to start at their own school

Incorrect. Trace Armstrong was a transfer to UF and was an All-American. I would say Van Jefferson and Trevon Grimes are pretty darn good transfers. I’m sure there are many more all across the country. The landscape is drastically changing with the transfer portal. You are going to see many many more transfers make impacts.
