Probably Mullen initiated with a call to Stricklin. I think the only thing he is 100% required to do is the mid-week SEC 10 minute or so availability.

We are # 22 on the one that combines the ranking services and it looks like with a good close we could move up to about # 12 but that still isn't cutting it when you have Georgia matching Bama in recruiting. We need to be up to about a # 5 average over some years for us to have a good chance at the SEC. Where we are at now usually requires you to have that game changing QB to have a chance to win the SEC while a great recruiting Georgia is capable of winning it with a Stetson Bennett.

Correct. The 247Sports composite has us at #22. Georgia and Bama are 1 & 2, Texas & Oklahoma (in the SEC soon) are 6 & 7, Texas A&M is 11, LSU 12, FSU 13, Missouri 14, Kentucky 16, Arkansas 19 and South Carolina 21. We have 7 4 star commits and 6 3 stars. Just terrible.
