SO, FSU is the most underachieving team on the list. Fan-frigg'n-tastic!

Here's a random Gator note, while we're waiting for Saturday. Austin Maddox heading for the big leagues. Congrats Austin! This guy was the original JJ Schwarz, hitting 17 bombs as a freshman, before Sully turned him into a pitcher. Sully's done that with quite a few of his better hitting position players. Brian Johnson comes to mind. It will be interesting to see which way he goes with Langworthy and Milchin. His preference for pitching is probably part of the reason why his teams always pitch well but struggle to hit (relatively speaking). Can't really argue with the results, though.

Speaking of JJ Schwarz, he went in the 38th round to the Rays.

I think a breakout senior year would significantly improve his draft position.

What I liked about the information shared is that of the seven other teams in the CWS, Florida has faced two of them 3 times each and came away with a 5-1 record. No other team has as many wins.

FSU is 3-3. LSU is 2-5. To be fair, TCU is 2-0.

UF has had the hardest road out of all those team during the regionals and super regional. This IMHO gives them the best chance out of all of those teams.
