The Gators' 7-3 record over the final 10 contests of the 2024 season — highlighted by consecutive home wins over No. 22 LSU and No. 9 Ole Miss; supported by double-digit victories over Mississippi State, UCF, Kentucky and Florida State; even fueled by Florida's "tipping point" 23-17 overtime loss at Tennessee, he cites — strengthened Napier's "conviction" in the processes he has installed over three years atop the program.
In Napier's eyes, the most successful stretch of his UF tenure affirms those structures are sound.
"We're always trying to reorganize and evaluate the analytics and kind of see the areas where we struggle a little bit where we need to improve. But in general, conceptually, I think all that stuff proved to be — [it] worked out," Napier told Swamp247 about Florida's offensive and defensive coordinating collaboration Friday.
"We definitely evolved during the season, there's definitely parts of our team where we, staff, reorganized and proved to be beneficial. But we're focused on next year now."
