Not too bad for UF looking at it that way. Kind of crazy Georgia with all those players haven't had more leaving as of now like Bama has.

Edit: Georgia players may be waiting for the playoff to end.

Goodness, what the heck happened at Arky??

That is crazy. You could see why A&M would have numbers like that. I am curious to see how many Mullen recruits are left in our 2 deep roster going into spring practice. Especially the non - O linemen.

The total start” stat is probably the best indicator of value lost for teams (that stat doesn’t reveal who is a current starter at time of portal entry)…

When you look at these numbers it makes it look like the portal is simply the island of misfit toys…

But we all know that there is real quality in the portal to be found…it becomes a question of “were they developed” “will they be developed where they are going” and “was the former place just not the right fit”….hard to judge winning and losing until the results are in…same as recruiting…

And then you have teams like Georgia making a total joke out of it by buying Missouri's top WR who is supposedly even better than his good numbers. You would hope a team recruiting like them and Bama would only lose decent players and not gain players like that in the portal.

Our 3 best offensive players this year were portal kids....

So any player not signing with UF is bought?

UGA also got one of Miss State best WRs….. Sad that teams like UGA and Bama who already have a plethora of 4 & 5 star players can cherry pick other teams to fill out the few gaps they have left.

So far UK has actually fared relatively well with the portal over the past 2-3 years, plus these roster moves hurt Mizzou and State who we play every year. That said, CFB is starting to morph into traveling AAU ball.

So where does it say that strong teams either college or pro should not be allowed to sign players to improve their team?

After personally watching florida own UGA for the better part of 21 years in the prime of his life, sadgator is having a hard time acknowledging that UGA is a “strong” or “good” team…
Ok. But that domination ended 12 years ago. I think it’s 8-4 Dawgs since. And the 2 decades prior to your run, Georgia enjoyed similar ownership of the Gators.

70s and 80s were bad for the Gators vs pups. Only won 5 times in 20 games. Ouch.

I love how you cherry picked the years. Um between 1990-2010 we had streaks of 6 in a row and 7 in a row. The last time you had 7 in a row was? Never!

Tittie-T told me that none of the Mullen guys leaving were any good anyway, so it doesn't matter that they're gone... 😉

They were good, 6-6 good.
Yep, just as good as 6-6 BN / Ast Coaches / and the now 63 strong support staff and a world class football facility to work with....

When they arrived, they inherited a 6-6 team coming off of a crippling 2 Years of Scamdemic.

Then they VASTLY IMPROVED them to a 6-6 season, so congrats to them all....

Mullen's recruiting classes sucked. Go check out how many of them actually made it on campus and then even worse how many of them actually contributed. By the time opening day came around most of his classes were already severely dented. Unfortunately Napier inherited very little talent and almost zero depth. We shall see what year 2 brings.

No CG1, you do your own legg-work and then show me all of those terrible classes of Dan's, and all of those that you consider to chitty to even be at UF. But I won't be waiting with baited-breath for you to accomplish that...

Or you can just go on making unfounded and unsupported claims, IDC.

"He can take his'n and beat your'n, or he can take your'n and beat his'n..... 🤓

While some can't do chit with your'n, or with his'n....

I don't see anything about a TEST in my last post, or in yours for that matter.

Now you resort in your usual cut & paste, or asking me to accept some media moe-rons opinions. I'm wundering, Who-TF is David Wunderritch anyway??? 🙄

Using 247 for the Class rankings:

Dan's 1st entry 2018 class was ranked at #14
Dan's 2nd 2019 class with a full year to recruit was at #9

Billy's 1st entry 2022 class was ranked at #18.
Billy's 2nd 2023 class with a full year to recruit sits at #12.

So I can see what you mean about poor recruit class rankings....
DM 14 & 9
BN 18 & 12

But maybe you now agree with me that the recruit ranking scumbags are often FoS and/or $$$ biased with their rankings....

BTW, I'm not sorry for you at all, but I'm pretty amused, as usual...
😁
Now sober up before you try again... 😉

Here is Mullen’s 2019 class. Pretty bad when looking back it now. You usually can better judge a class 3-4 years down the road.

I might go look his recruits up but he was winning with Mac's recruits mostly. First the defenders and then Trask and Pitts (who I am pretty sure was a Mac recruit that kept his commitment to UF when he was fired). My guess is the number of recruits making the NFL is well down with players solely recruited by Mullen.

That is sooo weird because just last week David Wunderlich said who the hell is instagator? Wow!!

Mullen's class rankings look better only because he filled them up with 4 star non qualifiers and double digit 3 stars.

Napier has something like three or four 3 star commits in the 2023 class.

Yep that one year it seemed like half of Mullen's blue chippers either didn't make it to the first season or didn't qualify at all to get in school. Almost like he took a lot of them just to show a higher ranked class to the fans.

Yepper, and in 4 years, we'll finally know where Napier's classes are 'really' ranked at.... 🙄 ---- Talk about your apples to oranges comparisons.... 😂

We can compare this class to Dan's 2nd class right when the season starts. I think once that season started like 40% of Dan's blue chippers either didn't make it to campus, had rape allegations lodged against them forcing them off the team or were crying they were homesick and scared of other UF players to be able to head back out west.

Recruiting is always a roll of the dice on who pans out and who doesn't.
And some of that depends on the coaching they get once they arrive.
🤓

So, how's Billy's coaching doing so far with his and Dan's recruits? (6-7)

We will know a lot by the end of this coming season. As far as the 2022 class I would say Etienne, James, Wilson, McClellan and a few others will excel here.

I watched the Kansas vs Arkansas in the Liberty Bowl and Mullen was one of the commentators for the game. He sounds like a genius when commentating and talking football.

Ole Miss just getting throttled by a middle of the pack big 12 team. Can't believe anyone had them ranked in the top 10
