Where's the team that destroyed the noles

They have 3 dozen options for uniform choices and they choose silver pants and helmets against a team that wears the same?

Good job.

Don't you guys remember what #5 said? Oregon didn't stop FSU once, FSU stopped itself. Never forget that nobody has ever beaten #5 at FSU other than #5 himself.

As far as Oregon goes theyr'e doing the same thing that Auburn did last year, getting away from their bread and butter. You gotta ride the horse that got you to the game if you want to win.

Well, first off, blowing out f$u wasn't the accomplishment some thought it was. Second, OSU ain't a fluke...they are pushing them around like they did Bama...and like Bama, Ducks are only in this because of turnovers.

Ohio St. is a much, much better team but they can't get out of their own way. They should have another 21 on the board minimum. Oregon's defense is atrocious.

Maybe they hope Elliot will pass out from exhaustion...on the other, never have gotten their offense going.

This game is pissing me off beyond belief. One because I said before these playoffs TCU was the best team and I still believe that. And two, Oregom with this soft bend but don't break defense. All these 3-man rushes on 3rd down are killing me, my god. Let's give the QB all day to throw, brilliant idea. This game is over.

Grommit, you're wrong; dead wrong.

He said, "We stopped ourself." I think he meant, "We stopped ourselfesis."

Like him or hate him Urban can coach. Here is the bad news for bucknuts, in 3 years the program will be a mess. The only thing this playoff proved is that fsu did not belong there.

This seriously is a nightmare. First FSU wins a title now Meyer wins one after leaving us. I'm bout done with college football.

FSU has completely destroyed the idea that a team from the ACC that goes undefeated automatically deserves a place in the playoff.

Given the way Oregon dominated FSU and then the way OSU dominated Oregon, FSU has pretty much screwed the pooch, from at least one perspective.

Does OSU have an arrest record problem or was that only at UF where Urban let the inmates run the asylum?

Lol Oregon looked like crap because they insisted on runing a 3-2-6 and 3-3-5 when OSU kept running the ball for big carries. Yeah, you have an offense predicated off a running QB and you're not going to try to stop the run.

Good job Oregon.

You should probably fire that guy who claims to be a "defensive coordinator."

Afterall, why make the freshmen, who isn't really a passer, have to beat you with his arm in only his 3rd start?

This came down to Meyer when he's on his game will get his team prepared to play better than anyone in
The country. And yes the playoffs also proved that FSU didn't belong in them and was overrated all year long by squeezing past mediocre opponents.

Exactly, their coordinator is hot trash. They were outnumbered in the box all game and never adjusted. There were downs where they had 4 guys in the box with their linebackers walked over the slot and OSU would just gash them for 9 yards a pop...still no adjustment. And those 3-man rushes on 3rd and medium giving the QB all day were brilliant too.

Until Oregon decides they want to play defense they aren't going to win any national titles. I have been saying that for the last few years. They are just average on the Dline. Certainly not good enough to stop a running game or get pressure on a QB with 3 down lineman. Sure they are great on offense, but there are other parts to a team as well.

No, you are wrong....jamie said f$u fumbled the game away....oh wait, OSU had four big turnovers and still kicked the crap out of the team that kicked the crap out of the noles.

Not just any team from the ACC, FSU deserves it.

In any event, it was very bold words and took a very skrong strength of will to make such a statement.

I wasted my time all night saying it, Lord knows danny knows it... but that was the WORST scheme ive ever seen in my existence on defense. I will always remember that game for that alone, ive never seen worse. I thought melt tucker was bad, If i was an oregon fan i would have been begging for him melt at halftime. The most hilarious part to all this........ les miles is trying to grab all of these losers as DC

He probably threw the gameplan out the window when he realized that Oregon wasn't going to play any run defense at all.

A child could have done enough to call a run on every down. I don't even know why they bothered passing.

It was nonsensical. I lost my man when they dropped 8 and ran 2-high behind it on 3rd and 4. That's an automatic first down running or passing. It's really odd. Oregon is so aggressive on offense yet play so passive on defense. Their entire philosophy is to sit back and try to make a stop in the redzone.

Isn't it interesting that when Urban coached against OSU, the Buckeyes insisted on playing a soft zone. Which everyone found odd given that passing against a zone was one of Leak's strengths, to say nothing of the fact that the WR we had at the time were not overall burners, but could find the soft spots. It was a defense tailor made for Florida success.

Now he coahes against Oregon and they run a defense that insured OSU success.

The man is blessed.

After Marshal bobbled that ball into an interception and a 21-20 score, they basically handed it to Elliott every play. I think he had 26 second half carries. It was good coaching. You've got the best player on the field by a mile, turn around and hand it to him. Why make things more complicated?

The defense was out of their minds. Turn the ball over to that offense 4 times and hold them to 20 points? The defensive line destroyed their passing game. Between that and Elliott's Percy impression, it looked like 2006.

Congrats to OSU, they played like true champions. They are also loaded for next year. Young guys all over the field making plays. They will probably be the preseason #1 as they should.
