In another thread I liked how teams did in the Sunshine State based on their total number of points. Yes, I would take a three-star from Florida before I would take one from out-of-state, but regardless, I think a better measure is to look at where the four-star prospects inked.
45 four-star prospects in the state of Florida (there is no 37th ranked player for some reason)
The signee breakdown:
Florida State 8 (6 of the top 27)
Miami 7 (5 of the top 28)
Florida 5 (4 of the top 25)
Ohio State 4 (of the top 36)
Clemson 3 (of the top 21)
Auburn 2 (2 of the top 9)
LSU 2 (2 of the top 16)
Ole Miss 2
Georgia 2
South Florida 2
Michigan 2
Tennessee 1
Central Florida 1
Virginia Tech 1
Mississippi State 1
Georgia Tech 1
Notre Dame 1
